These terms apply when you use oddtheory.online or buy from ODD THEORY. By placing an order you agree to them.

01 — Who we are

oddtheory.online is run by ODD THEORY. Contact: email orders@oddtheory.online (Mon–Sat, 11 am – 7 pm IST).

02 — Orders

An order is a request to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if a piece sells out, a price or detail on the site is clearly wrong, or the order looks fraudulent — and refund anything you paid in full.

03 — Prices & payment

• Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Shipping and any COD charge are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• For cash on delivery, please keep the exact amount ready. Repeatedly refusing COD parcels may lead us to disable COD for your account or phone number.

04 — Products

We show our pieces as accurately as we can, but colours can look slightly different on different screens, and screen-printed or washed garments can vary a little from piece to piece — that’s part of how they’re made. Check the size and fit details on each product page before ordering.

06 — Your account

Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

07 — Our designs

All prints, graphics, photos, text and the ODD THEORY name and logo belong to us. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission.

08 — Reviews

Reviews must be honest and about your own experience. We may decline or remove reviews that are abusive, off-topic or misleading.

09 — Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms affects your rights as a consumer under Indian law.

10 — Law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first — most problems are solved quickly. Formal complaints can be sent to our grievance officer (see Contact).

11 — Changes

We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
