POLICY.

We ship across India. Here’s exactly what happens after you order.

01 — Dispatch

Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 2–4 working days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). Limited drops can take a little longer in launch week — we’ll say so on the product page.

02 — Delivery time

Most orders arrive 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your PIN code. Remote areas can take longer.

03 — Charges

• Free shipping on orders of ₹1,999 or more; ₹99 below that.
• Cash on delivery is available on orders up to ₹5,000, at no extra charge.
• The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you place the order.

04 — Tracking

When your order ships you get an email with the courier and tracking number. You can also check it any time on Track order.

05 — Address problems

Please double-check your address and phone number. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was available after the courier’s attempts, we’ll contact you to re-ship it (the shipping charge may apply again) or cancel it. For prepaid orders cancelled this way we refund the order value minus the shipping cost.

06 — Delays

Courier delays caused by weather, strikes or other events outside our control can happen. If your order is running late, email orders@oddtheory.online (Mon–Sat, 11 am – 7 pm IST) and we’ll chase it for you.

07 — Outside India

We only ship within India for now.
